Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing or via email by both parties.
Deposit: A deposit of the full amount is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the booking is canceled 24 hours prior to the booked session start time. If the session is canceled by JENGA Productions LLC due to unforeseen circumstances the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee. JENGA Productions LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case any deposits or payments will be refunded in full.
Session Duration: Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times of their sessions. Overtime may be available upon request and subject to availability, with additional charges applied.
Equipment and Facilities: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or facilities during their session. Any such damage must be reported immediately, and clients may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
Behavior and Conduct: Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner while on studio premises. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.
Personal Property: The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises by clients or their guests.
Force Majeure: The studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government actions.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The State of California.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the recording studio premises. Clients and their guests must refrain from smoking in any indoor areas of the studio, including control rooms, recording booths, and common areas. Designated smoking areas may be provided outside the premises, and clients are required to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in designated receptacles. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate termination of the session and may incur additional cleaning fees.
Data Retention: The studio is not responsible for the retention of any data, files, or recordings stored on studio equipment or provided by clients. It is the sole responsibility of clients to back up and secure their data before, during, and after the recording session. The studio shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of client data, whether due to technical malfunction, equipment failure, or any other cause. Clients are advised to make appropriate arrangements for the storage and protection of their data.
